Auto Jaune junior vous propose cette pièce exotique. Ce fabricant de jouets néo-zélandais a abandonné le plomb vers 1945 pour se spécialiser dans les jouets coulés en aluminium à partir de moules originaux.. Ce modèle, avec ses roues en plastique de couleur blanche et son typique décalque apposé sur le capot moteur; est sorti en 1947. Il restera en production jusqu'en 1976 ! Avec ses 30 ans d'existence, ce camion de Pompiers à échelle fixe et l'un des jouets de cette firme les plus durables et les plus emblématiques. C'est avec superbe produit ! Petite anecdote :ce jouet a connu son moment de gloire ultime en 1999, lorsqu'il a été choisi pour illustrer un timbre de 40 cents de la série "Millennium Nostalgia" de NZ Post. Une reconnaissance patrimoniale assez rare pour un jouet.
