#6324 - Fun Ho! - Torpedo Truck - Fire Engine, Fixed Ladders
Reference Woohoo! ( New Zealand ) : 161
Standalone item -
Model status: 4.2
Auto Jaune Junior presents this exotic piece. This New Zealand toy manufacturer stopped using lead around 1945 to specialize in aluminum cast toys from original molds. This model, with its white plastic wheels and typical decal on the engine hood, was released in 1947. It remained in production until 1976! With its 30 years of existence, this fixed-ladder Fire Truck is one of the firm's most durable and iconic toys. It is a superb product! A little anecdote: this toy achieved its ultimate moment of glory in 1999 when it was chosen to illustrate a 40-cent stamp in the "Millennium Nostalgia" series by NZ Post. A rather rare heritage recognition for a toy.

Our models
Auto Jaune Junior offers vintage toys, accessories, documents, and other spare parts that may show slight signs of wear, dirt, or missing pieces. We take great care in describing each item to accurately reflect its condition and make it a point to note any major defects or peculiarities (repainted models, paint touch-ups, crude modifications, inaccurate decals, non-original boxes, etc.).

The descriptions
However, the quality and accuracy of our description may sometimes be proportional to the value of the model: for lower-priced models, the description may be more concise. Nevertheless, each product for sale is photographed from three angles; and we have implemented the ability to zoom in on the photos (by clicking on them) to allow you to examine the product in detail.
that's only if you had it in your own hands. -
Our tools
We therefore invite you to use these various tools to carefully examine the characteristics of the models that interest you. Consequently, even if they are not mentioned in the textual description of the model, all types of defects (chips, scratches, deformations, retouching, or non-original repairs) that may be visible in the photos cannot be used as valid grounds for canceling an order.
