Categories and Themes

Categories and themes
To filter the different products in our catalog, we have created a system of categories, subcategories, and themes.
On a computer, when you go to the "Complete Catalog" page, the "Collections" pages or the "New Arrivals" page, the filter menu is automatically dropped down to the "Manufacturers" section.
Click on the small arrow to the right of manufacturer to collapse this menu and discover the different filter menus.

You will then be able to discover the 10 filters offered.
to best categorize the different products, each object has a:
- CATEGORY,
- SUBCATEGORY,
- THEMATIC.

CATEGORIES
Here are the main categories. They relate to the legal classifications of vehicles.
There are other categories related to other types of products: empty boxes, documents, spare parts.
There is also the "Plant and living" category, which includes characters and objects representing animals or other living settings.
Please note: for Car Racing, and for Military , you have to go to the themes to select them. Indeed, a Willis Jeep is not an armored vehicle. It therefore falls into the Car category. It is in the thematic section that we will find its classification as military. The same goes for Car Racing: it is a theme.
Indeed, as you will see below, there are specific subcategories for each vehicle corresponding to the world of motorsport.

SUBCATEGORIES
Subcategories depend on the main category.
The number of subcategories is very large because, for each category, there are many. As you can see here, for example, for the Cars category, there are the following subcategories: Berlin, pickup, station wagon, off-road, Formula 1, etc.
But there are also categories: convertible, coupe, buggy, record, prototype, Le Mans etc.

THEMES
The themes do not depend on the categories or subcategories of vehicles.
They depend on the use and function of the vehicle. Here you will find passenger vehicles, taxis, military, police, driving schools, circuses & fairgrounds, assistance and breakdown recovery, construction and public works, agricultural, ambulance, service, postal, goods transport, passenger transport, etc.
