What a strange combination! It is almost certain that, normally, this Berliet GAK cabin with its searchlight, decorated with checkered decals suggesting a breakdown recovery livery; and fitted with yellow plastic wheels; should not have been assembled with this brewer's flatbed, which incidentally has white plastic wheels. However, this model was bought from someone whose childhood toys these were. And this model is the only one from the Spanish company that he owned. It seems that his parents (or he himself!) bought this set as it was matched. We know that manufacturers don't waste anything, which may have been the cause of some atypical productions. But it must be admitted that; if this set was sold as is; the Spanish company really went all out! Another explanation: The model may have been bought in a bazaar where the seller had mixed up cabins and flatbeds from his trucks. In any case, we are offering you this set as we have it! It is interesting to note that both the cab and the flatbed are uncommon. Moreover, they are both in excellent condition. Only a piece of the upper grille of the cab is missing. All you have to do is find the tow truck flatbed and the brewer's tractor!
