#5552 - Corgi Toys - Morris - Mini Minor - First type
Reference Corgi Toys ( Great Britain ) : 226
Item without its box -
Model status: 4.5
This Morris Mini-Minor, reference 226, reproduces the original BMC Mini designed by Alec Issigonis (launched in late 1959). Corgi produced it from 1960 until 1968. This blue color with a red interior was the launch color. First-type chrome steel wheels fitted with original finely ribbed treaded tires. Our model is therefore from the beginning of production. Chassis with holes above the axles (type 1a). Narrow lower front bumper. This version is therefore very early (1960 - 1961). Functional suspensions. A few minor flaws: discreet scuffs on the roof; small chip on the front plate. This does not detract from the overall appearance: the model is very beautiful. Very beautiful thick and shiny paintwork. We offer you this model at an excellent quality-price ratio. It is an original.

Our models
Auto Jaune Junior offers vintage toys, accessories, documents, and other spare parts that may show slight signs of wear, dirt, or missing pieces. We take great care in describing each item to accurately reflect its condition and make it a point to note any major defects or peculiarities (repainted models, paint touch-ups, crude modifications, inaccurate decals, non-original boxes, etc.).

The descriptions
However, the quality and accuracy of our description may sometimes be proportional to the value of the model: for lower-priced models, the description may be more concise. Nevertheless, each product for sale is photographed from three angles; and we have implemented the ability to zoom in on the photos (by clicking on them) to allow you to examine the product in detail.
that's only if you had it in your own hands. -
Our tools
We therefore invite you to use these various tools to carefully examine the characteristics of the models that interest you. Consequently, even if they are not mentioned in the textual description of the model, all types of defects (chips, scratches, deformations, retouching, or non-original repairs) that may be visible in the photos cannot be used as valid grounds for canceling an order.
