A beautiful box from the "Modern Army Series" produced by the English manufacturer Lone Star in the 1960s. This company didn't bother with anything fancy; they used the same box for all the models in this range! The only flaw in the box offered here is the absence of one of the two tabs and a small tear on one side, on the side where the tab is missing. We imagine that the child, eager to unwrap their toy, must have torn the tab off forcefully, leaving this mark on the tape that sealed it to the box. On the other side, the original adhesive tape is still visible on the tab. However, the box is otherwise well-made, with almost no signs of wear, dirt, or graffiti. It's very well formed. The interesting feature of this box is that the stamp imprinted "Rocket Launching" is still visible on the remaining tab, allowing us to confirm that this box was intended for the Dodge Rocket Launcher model. Great price!
