Extremely rare! Produced in Brazil in the 1980s, this van features chrome-plated plastic rims. The Glasslite company manufactured numerous toys in Brazil. The vehicles they reproduced weren't based on existing trucks, but rather inspired designs, generally American… Here, one could imagine a cab resembling that of a Ford utility/pickup truck. The product offered here is an advertising vehicle for VARIG, the main Brazilian airline. The term "Expressinho" can be translated as "express vehicle," meaning a utility van. We see here the same principle implemented by the French company Sésame: using the mold of a common and popular utility vehicle and varying the types of sheet metal tarpaulins to create a whole series of advertising vehicles! Superb condition, no damage. We particularly appreciate the inclusion of the box.
