Autojaune Junior presents the ultimate version of the Renault 14 (also known as "the 7hp of happiness"!) by Solido. This model corresponds to the third and final Series 1000! Detailing the evolution of the various Series 1000 models from Solido would almost require an entire book! Between the changes in packaging, their colors, the introduction of the GA M series, and the parallel development of Series 10, it's difficult to explain everything! But to keep it simple, this model represents the final version of the Series 1000. Its main feature is the new type of packaging, consisting of a cardboard base and a transparent lid. Furthermore, the production year is now printed on the chassis. In this case, it's 1981. This series was launched in the early 1980s and, of course, it was equipped with one-piece speed wheels with chrome trim. Naturally, this series was produced in France (later, Solido began relocating production to Portugal for these models with one-piece wheels and colored plastic inserts).
