Here's another unique toy for you! This simple replica of what appears to be a Golf GTI was produced in Brazil. We believe the toy manufacturer is Trol Flex. It's worth noting that Brazil has historically been very active in the production of miniature cars. The best examples are, of course, the famous Solido Brosol, or, less well-known but equally interesting, the toy manufacturer MiniMac, which reproduced Scania and Volvo semi-trailers using Tekno molds! In the 1980s and 90s, companies specializing in the production of vinyl and plastic miniatures flourished. Identifying and cataloging them was, of course, very difficult due to a lack of documentation. By combining several sources, we frequently find the mention: "fábrica de brinquedos 'Trol'". We therefore believe that this model comes from the Trol Flex company, as we had another one for sale several years ago that clearly stated "Troll Flex" on the chassis. Moreover, its wheels were exactly identical to those on the model offered for sale here. In conclusion, despite its simple and naive appearance, the miniature offered here is a rare model that was manufactured across the Atlantic.
