A very pretty and charming model. It has chromed steel rims with slight traces of oxidation (which can be cleaned) and is fitted with rubber tires. The windshield is missing. There are some marks on the hood that could be from paint touch-ups or the addition of varnish. These also seem potentially cleanable with certain products. Otherwise, we appreciate the simplified, almost cubic design, the elegant color combinations, and the decorations that give these "Penny Toys" their charm, so representative of an entire era. The friction drive is functional. In short, despite these minor flaws, this model is a real gem.
