Model status: 5.0
Description: This product appears to be a replica of the Citroën CX, launched in 1974 to replace the DS. It was even voted European Car of the Year in 1975! Its production ran for quite a long time. In 1984, it underwent a significant "Series 2" restyling with a new dashboard and aesthetic modifications. In 1989, the Citroën XM was announced as the replacement for the CX, whose production completely ceased in 1991. The CX is offered here in a rally version, which perfectly matches the needs of manufacturers at the time to decorate their automobiles to make them visible and attractive. Manufactured by SISO, a German manufacturer far less known than Siku, Wiking, Gama, or Schuco, these models were distributed by Sieber GmbH & Co KG, Nuremberg. The mention: “Zink-Spritzguss-Modelle mit gefederter Radaufhängung” indicates that the models are made of die-cast zamak AND have suspensions! Fast Wheel models were mainly sold as mass-market toys. They are relatively undocumented today, which sometimes makes them difficult to identify. The blister's graphics and the "West Germany" mention suggest marketing around 1977-1983, probably in the late 1970s. This is a very uncommon product.

Our models
Auto Jaune Junior offers vintage toys, accessories, documents, and other spare parts that may show slight signs of wear, dirt, or missing pieces. We take great care in describing each item to accurately reflect its condition and make it a point to note any major defects or peculiarities (repainted models, paint touch-ups, crude modifications, inaccurate decals, non-original boxes, etc.).

The descriptions
However, the quality and accuracy of our description may sometimes be proportional to the value of the model: for lower-priced models, the description may be more concise. Nevertheless, each product for sale is photographed from three angles; and we have implemented the ability to zoom in on the photos (by clicking on them) to allow you to examine the product in detail.
that's only if you had it in your own hands. -
Our tools
We therefore invite you to use these various tools to carefully examine the characteristics of the models that interest you. Consequently, even if they are not mentioned in the textual description of the model, all types of defects (chips, scratches, deformations, retouching, or non-original repairs) that may be visible in the photos cannot be used as valid grounds for canceling an order.
