Microcitadine à moteur deux-temps née de Piaggio et assemblée en France, la Vespa 400 (1957-1961) se voulut une alternative minimale à la 2CV et à la 4CV. Norev, maître du 1/43e en plastique, l'a reproduite avec soin, ici en bleu, vitrage rapporté ; et des jantes en plastique peintes en grise équipée de pneus noirs.. L'exemplaire est complet; aucune déformation, superbe. Il est peu fréquent de trouver ce modèle dans cet état. De plus, il est ici proposé avec sa boîte "caisse" originale; complète et bien formé. La boîte est vraiment en état 5/5. Pour ne rien gâcher, il y a la mention "Bleu" tamponnée sur la languette, ce qui correspond au modèle.
