Description: Injected plastic rims, usually with a chrome or silver finish to mimic the real hubcaps of Fairlanes. The model is well-equipped with separate tires. Unlike economy versions, these tires are made of real rubber (or a very similar soft vinyl compound). Model from the "Vintage Police Car Series", in 1997. The model specifically represents the Colorado State Patrol. Although Road Champs is an American brand (based at the time in West Caldwell, New Jersey), almost all of their models during this period were manufactured in China. You will usually find "Made in China" engraved on the vehicle's chassis or on the back of the card.
