Description: Superb Mack Bulldog Delivery truck; a blast from the past! The iconic manufacturer produced robust trucks with distinctive hoods from the 1920s and 30s, ubiquitous in distribution across the Atlantic. The Corgi Classics range, born in the mid-1980s after Corgi was taken over, offered "vintage" heavy goods vehicles richly decorated for collectors; with many advertising versions. This Mack bears the livery of American biscuit maker Sunshine Biscuits ("Every Meal – Every Day"). We particularly appreciate the one-piece black plastic wheels that incorporate red-painted zamak inserts; as well as the confirmation that this model was indeed manufactured in Great Britain. It was produced in 1986. It's not a Made In China! The model is appealing with its colorful decoration and fine reproduction. The item is in new condition, in its original Corgi Classics display box.
