This model has been repainted; as was done at the time! There was no idea of creating fakes; and even less of deceiving! It was the good old days, all collectors were connoisseurs. Often, they were also model makers! For this reason, it was quite common for collectors of this era to use their creativity in order to feature inaccessible models in the window! For the record, this collector knew me as a baby, he liked to tell my father about it each time he visited the store! I was happy to see this gentleman again in the store when I started working with my father several years ago. The model presented here is an original creation; we offer it to you at a low price!
