The model presented here is a piece of history! Designed by the Spanish engineer Juan de la Cierva, this machine was not yet a helicopter, but the precursor of this technique! The version presented here is the second mold. The first mold having received the presence of a pilot. The version presented here is an original! We will note that the rear fins have been broken… However, we appreciate the presence of the front propeller, the upper propeller, as well as the landing gear and its two wheels. This superb model, which is well made in France, was sold individually between 1935 and 1940, from boxes of six. It is impossible to find these aircraft from the 60 series in a completely new condition… otherwise, it would be suspicious! Proof of this are the models presented in the superb work of Jean-Michel Roulet: none of the aircraft presented in photos is in 5/5 condition!
